Promotions are to encourage you to book at the Paradores and therefore they have to be requested at the time of booking.
A little thought about your journey may result in a worthwhile saving over the standard prices quoted by the Paradores group.
All the promotions are subject to availability at the time of booking and subject to a calendar of availability. An early reservation outside the peak holiday season will usually find promotions available.

One of the most popular promotion is for persons aged over 55 who can receive a discount of 30% on the official bed and breakfast rate. Only one person sharing a twin/double bedroom need qualify so that a qualifying couple travelling with two adult children can save a considerable sum by having the father sharing a twin room with the son and the mother sharing with the daughter.

Persons aged between 20 and 35 often have special rates. Only one person in a room has to qualify which can often result in a saving if sleepig arrangements are adjusted.

If touring Spain, why not spend two nights at each Parador instead of a different one each night which gives a saving of 20% on the half board rate. Many of the Paradores are in historic towns which well justify a full day visit. With each Parador having a high class restaurant serving local dishes, the half board requirement is a benefit.

If staying 5 nights at the same or different Paradors, the '5 night card', gives an unbeatable price. However it can be surrendered at cost in part payment for a room not in the scheme. You may find that we recommend buying the card at the first Parador, using the card where this promotion is available. To make it easier to use, the Card may also be used in the out of offer months at the Paradores not included in the promotion. You simply present the Card, 1 night will be deducted and you pay the difference.

Instead of deciding on your own overnight stops, let an expert help. A discount can also be obtained by following the 'Parador Routes programme which are for 3 or 7 nights and are often based on a theme.

Selected Paradores have rooms on offer at a 'special price' from time to time. Our staff always checks for this when making a reservation. Differing 'special prices' apply at different reservation dates.

There are also late booking discounts at Paradores not full. Our clients are usually travelling to Spain by air or ferry and only want to stay at the popular places. Late booking is not usually an option and we have not discussed these promotions here. Our reservation procedure is that we reserve the rooms ordered and send you an email listing the details. You have about a day to arrange the travel following which you must supply valid details of your credit card to secure the room. Payment is not taken from your credit card (unless there is a 'no show' etc.) and you pay at checkout in the normal way. Checking if any promotions apply to you and arranging reservations with these promotions means that an instant reservation service is not possible. We usually send a reply email within 24 hours.
