Parador Toledo
On the hill called Cerro del Emperador by a meander of the river Tajo, this Parador in Toledo offers an unequalled panorama of the monumental silhouette, with its greatest jewels, the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the synagogues.
In the hotel you can also enjoy the refreshing swimming pool and plan outdoor leisure activities.
From the bedrooms, lounges, terrace and pool the beautiful views of the Imperial City dominate, while the interior is remarkable for its spaciousness and luxury. Comfortable furnishings combine with wooden beams, staircases and balustrades, and Mudejar elements in rugs and tiles. The dining room offers typical dishes from Castilla – La Mancha, such as stewed partridge Toledo style. Roast lamb, cream cheese and honey ice-cream and marzipans.
Information and reservations at Parador of Toledo

We stayed at the Parador Toledo for two nights in Sept 2011. What a magical experience. Everything was wonderful from our greeting at arrival to assistance with taxi and luggage upon departure. The location was beyond words. We enjoyed the view from early morning to late at night.
We will definitely return to the Toledo Parador.
We, a senior couple, spent our last night on the Iberian Peninsula in this magnificent parador. After three weeks cruising through Porugal and Andalusia we had an extremely pleasant and relaxing late afternoon and evening at the great pool and dinner terrace overlooking Toledo, enjoying the beautiful town of Toledo, which we had visited two years earlier. From the moment we arrived we had only excellent experiences: the professional and efficient handling at the reception, the quality and cleanliness of the room, the great food and service at dinner. This is defintiely one of the best hotels we ever stayed and can warmly recommend it.
This was our second stay in this Parador. It’s a beautiful building, with magnificent views and a has a very good restaurant. We will stay here again if we are driving in this part of Spain.
We stayed two days in the parador and had a very pleasant time. Everything was perfect, the reception, the room and the restaurant with its marvellous view on the city and its exellent food and service. My compliments to the staff for their correct and friendly attitude.
My family and I (eight of us, 4 rooms) spent two nights at Toledo Parador in early September, 2011, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The rooms were wonderful, incredible views, helpful and courteous staff. We all had such a wonderful time that we will certainly come back to stay in the future. The view from the deck and our room was breathtaking. Dinner in the restaurant with the Alcazar and cathedral lit up at night, surrounded by my family, not many moments in life like that.
Wow. Best hotel we’ve stayed at. Better than the Westin Palace in Madrid even. Incredible rooms and views. I want to go back now.
Parador Toledo is an extremely pleasant hotel: nice staff, wonderful location overlooking the city of Toledo and the river, comfortable rooms, nice swimming-pool, very quiet.
A good address, to be recommended
This is our favorite hotel in Spain. Everything about the hotel is great, once you figure out how to get there. We missed a turn and got a little lost. The rooms are large. Pool is very refreshing with a very nice grass area for sunbathing. The view of Toledo is specature especially just before dawn and at sunset. The lamb in the restaurant was the best I’ve ever tasted. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.
Whenever I describe to friends my stay at your Parador, I point out the majestic view, by day and, especially, by night, of the historic city from the terrace. One gets the feeling of history unblemished by the passing of time. And the service-with-smile and the comfortable accomodation complete the exhilarating experience afforded by the sight. When I visit Toledo again, and I will definitely do so in the near future, I will lodge with you. For those who like to walk, it tooked my sister and me, 45 minutes between the Parador and the city, uphill. We did not clock the descent, but I imagine it was few minutes less.
Second time at this Parador and is still the place to stay in Toledo for us. It is fantastic to sit out in the evening on the terrace to envision what El Greco saw as he painted “A View of Toledo”. The reception, kitchen and pool staff are very helpful and friendly and the pool was a life saver in the heat in late June. Would recommend to everyone.
Of the three Paradores at which we stayed during our trip, the Parador Toledo topped the list. We upgraded to a room with a patio overlooking Toledo, that provided both uninterrupted view of the City during the day and beautiful lighted views at night. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and worked with us to make our Parador pass work for the hotel and room upgrade. Don’t miss the Ermitage Restaurant, on the circle road, just below the hotel, another highlight of Toledo.
My wife and I spent 3 nights at this Parador in late June and can really only echo the positive feedback expressed by other visitors – there are some good restaurants in Toledo itself, but you must take at least one evening meal on the terrace of the parador – “breathtaking” hardly does justice to the views. This parador is clean, spacious and the staff are welcoming – and if you’re going into town for the evening then do take a cab!!
Everything was great, the room, the view over Toledo, the food. We can recommend a double room for three people. The extra bed was very comfortable, extra towels, lots of pillows. Friendly staff.
We stayed for a week in May at the Parador Toledo and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our room was very comfortable and had magnificent views of the city. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent and the whole hotel was spacious and attractive, the staff helpful and welcoming. Onlt complaint was that the swimming pool was not yet open. We would recommend the parador to friends planning to visit a fascinating city with a unique history.
No complaints whatsoever. Fabulous views of the old town of Toledo from the bedroom and the public areas. Excellent breakfast and a warm welcome from the front desk. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay again, and would recommend the parador to friends.
We stayed at the Toledo Parador in April 2011. We enjoyed our stay very much. From the friendly reception to the spacious sweet with the wonderful view of the city it was a truly extraordinary experience. The breakfast buffet and dinners were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the location perfect close enough to the city to be there in minutes, but far enough to have a truly tranquil stay. We shall highly recommend the Toledo Parador to our friends when they visit Spain in the future.
We stayed for three nights with the whole family. Rooms were great, breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. Rooms with a beautiful view on Toledo.
Very quiet place.
We stayed for two nights at the Parador Toledo. We had a room overlooking the city which was superb. All aspects of this Parador exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and obliging. The food was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We love everything about Toledo”s Parador and we’ll certainly recommend this place to our friends.
