We used the Parador as a stopover to the los Veles Region coming from Cadaques and driving all the day. Unfortunately we found a large cucaracha (at least we think it was one) in our room. We got it after a short hunt, put it under the wastebasket and went to sleep. Maybe the room-maiden found it the next day and was a little dismayed. Otherwise everything was fine, so we did not complain about the unwanted visitor. Service and food were excellent, although the location Puerto Lumbreras is not suited for a long stay. I thought the food was poor - although it being winter there were only two of us in the restaurant. The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly.
